Back to the Future - A Giveaway Hop Across Time

Click on the image to see the other giveaways in this hop

For this hop we're going to let the winner choose any book up to 12$ in the past and future. No present day. Anything dealing with time-travel to historical times is welcome. Unless it's a historical setting where they travel to present time. Historical Novels and Futuristic novels are also welcome even with no time travel. Check out our suggestions below.
This giveaway is INTERNATIONAL as long as The Book Depository ships to your country.

My favorite time travel book is "Outlander" by Diana Gabaldon. It is so beautiful and BELIEVABLE. I kind of want to visit Scotland just to see if I can time-travel back in time through their stone circles...

Time and Again by Jack Finney is an all-around great Time Travel novel. It's also more realistic than fantastic, which makes it all the more convincing.

If you prefer YA/MG, I recommend Susan Cooper's Dark Is Rising sequence. Time travel is just part of the fantasy (although that isn't made clear until the second book), but I love Cooper's understanding of time in the battle between good and evil.

My favorite futuristic novel is from James White. It's a short novel titled Second Ending. An oldie but a goodie!
